Marketing survey

During November and December 2018, the marketing department conducted an extensive survey on the satisfaction of many of our clients across industries throughout the Czech Republic. The survey concerned more than 502 companies. The goal was to find out how satisfied our customers are with our services while analysing strong sides and weak sides.

The result of the marketing project showed that 78.09 % of our customers are very satisfied with the quality of our services and would recommend us. Furthermore, 71.71 % of our clients commended our delivery times, and 86.85 % of the companies were very satisfied with the communication of our employees.

We are very pleased by the result of the satisfaction analysis, and we thank our clients for their cooperation. At the same time, it commits us to maintaining the high level of satisfaction, but we are already aiming at having better ratings in 2019.
